When I first moved to the city, I found my roommate from Craigslist. She was the best most anal retentively clean companion I could have ever asked for (besides of course, now my sister). Finding a roommate in a new city is a total pain, even with a great resource like Craigslist. I remember getting lost, unable to navigate the areas in which each apartment was located, leaving me more than frustrated during my nomadic search.
With that said, I am happy to announce (reblog) that in today’s very resourceful web-reliant world you can now map out Craigslist listings using PadMapper.com. PadMapper is a free map-based Craigslist apartment search complete with pop-ups with pictures of the listings. I used it this morning to help a friend find a pad and it was simple and easy to use (exactly how I like technology to be).
