It’s one thing to analyze technology stocks and ‘geek out’ on gadgets, it’s another thing to actually understand the programming behind the technology that we have become so entrenched and dependent on. I find it a disservice not only my readers, but also myself to not be fully educated on the back end infrastructure of computers and programming. Therefore, I’m taking my first programming course on Saturday; hopefully this is one of the many steps I take towards broadening my horizons and my personal bandwidth.
